Our Response to Coronavirus

Dear members and friends,

The Coronavirus has expanded globally and is becoming a factor in every one of our lives. We are monitoring the situation closely and gathering data from primary sources – Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and State/Local Health Departments.

The health and well-being of our members and volunteers will always be our top priority and we are taking it very seriously.

Based on recommendations from the CDC, we are reviewing our scheduled activities throughout March, but we haven't made the decision to cancel any events yet. However we are following updates daily and will inform everyone immediately if anything changes.

To do our part, we have begun increased cleaning of high touch areas such as common areas and our chairs.

We would ask also to all our members to avoid physical interaction, such as handshakes, hugs, etc, as much as possible in an extra effort to protect everyone. Tips from World Health Organization (WHO) and the CDC to Protect Yourself from the Coronavirus: • If you are sick, please stay at home. • Wash your hands frequently. • Maintain social distancing between yourself and anyone who is coughing/sneezing. • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth. • Cover your mouth/nose when you cough/sneeze. • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using regular household cleaning sprays and wipes. We believe that Jesus Christ is above all our concerns and there is no need to panic or anxiety. We'll renew our faith and certainty that now, more than ever, all brothers and sisters in humanity are connected. Borders are getting even closer and this is a good moment to focus in the inside and the impact we cause to each other.
